We are seeking a Registered Nurse with exceptional skills in acute dialysis to join our team at DAVITA. As an Acute Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal failure and chronic kidney disease in a hospital setting.
About the RoleThis position involves delivering specialty nephrology care, managing patient observances, and collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals. No prior dialysis experience is required, as paid training is provided. The successful candidate must be flexible to meet varying patient needs.
This role offers a dynamic environment where you will work daily in a hospital setting, delivering dialysis to patients at a contracted healthcare system and becoming an integral part of both the hospital and DaVita team.

Responsibilities- Deliver care to patients who are often dealing with multiple co-morbidities requiring unique treatment plans and leveraging a broad range of nursing skills and knowledge.
- Oversee a group of patients with the support of PCTs to conduct patient observations, measuring stats and machine set up.
- Work with your head, heart, and hands each day in a fast-paced environment.
You will have the opportunity to specialize in multiple renal therapies, including Hemodialysis, Peritoneal Dialysis, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Apheresis.
Requirements- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
- Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from accredited school of nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (B.S.N); three-year diploma from accredited diploma program may be substituted for nursing degree.
- Certified Nephrology Nurse (CNN) or Certified Dialysis Nurse (CDN) certification is desirable but not required.

Compensation for this role is estimated to be $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
