Full-time School Psychologist Position in Cartersville, GA

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Psychologist to fill a contracted position in the Cartersville, GA area. About the Role:

  • This is a full-time School Psychologist position for an experienced professional who can work with students of all ages and backgrounds.
  • You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' unique needs and challenges.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans that promote student success.
  • Provide counseling and guidance services to address students' social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
  • Offer crisis intervention and support during emergency situations or critical incidents to ensure the safety and well-being of students and staff.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's degree in School Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Valid state licensure or certification as a School Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
