Full-time Registered Nurse in Home Health Care

Fully remote and autonomous position providing infusions in the home setting for patients in the Atlanta, GA area. As a Full-time Registered Nurse in Home Health Care, you will be responsible for providing quality in-home patient care while working remotely on other special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide infusion therapies in our patients' homes, primarily for our STAT patients.
- Assist with quality initiatives, patient and nurse education, patient scheduling, and the management of the local nursing team.
- Provide one-on-one home infusion nursing care visits and patient education in accordance with the physician's plan of treatment.
- Minimum one year nursing experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word to document and track patient care activity.
- Three years' nursing experience.
- Home healthcare experience.
- S. degree in nursing.
