The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee construction on various projects across the United States. As a key member of our project team, you will ensure flawless execution within budget, schedule, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety management: Conduct daily site safety inspections and coordinate with the project team to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion of milestones and deadlines.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and inspect workmanship to ensure it meets our high standards.
  • Communication: Document project progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients and colleagues.

What We Expect from You

  • 5+ years of experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably out-of-the-ground projects or mixed-use developments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
  • Familiarity with Procore software and Microsoft Office suite programs.

Competitive Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
