The Sous Chef Role

As second in command of the Heart of House (kitchen or BOH), you'll maintain all kitchen functions, including purchasing, storage, inventory, and preparation of food products, while upholding high safety and sanitation standards.

You'll train Snoozers on methods of cooking, preparation, plate presentation, portion control, food waste, and efficiencies.

Collaborate closely with the Front of House to ensure seamless service, address guest feedback, and assist with opening and closing duties.

Position Specifics
  1. Accurately manage Heart of House Snoozers to ensure adherence to all Snooze policies
  2. Be knowledgeable of Snooze policies and administer prompt, fair, and consistent corrective action
  3. Maintain quality standards and ensure consistency in food and beverage products
  4. Achieve Snooze objectives in sales, service, safety, and sanitation
  5. Maintain exceptional guest experience and satisfaction
Requirements
  1. 21 years of age and authorized to work in the United States
  2. Knowledge of food, beverage, and safety, with at least 2+ years of operations experience and 1+ years of leadership experience
  3. Excellent basic math skills and ability to operate a cash register and Point of Sale system
  4. Ability to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of the restaurant's trading area
