We offer a full continuum of care through our clinical locations in Plymouth, Canton, and Madison Heights. Our approach integrates substance use disorder, mental health, and primary health care treatment in cohesive and client-centered programs.

**Compensation Details**

We offer a competitive salary range of $28-$35 per hour, depending on degree level and experience. This exceptional opportunity also includes a $2,000 signing bonus for candidates with 2 years of experience in substance use disorder treatment and a Master's-level education.

**Job Description**

  • Utilize the LIGHT model in client assessment, teaching, and counseling.
  • Provide individual and group therapy in an enthusiastic and compassionate manner to engage clients in their recovery journey.
  • Facilitate individual sessions for assigned clients weekly, with 2-3 groups per week covering various topics pre-selected by PNLH.
  • Collaborate closely with therapeutic services and multidisciplinary team members to identify client needs.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely processing of proper authorizations.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records, including demographics and evaluation of care.
  • Ensure confidentiality and maintain the highest level of client trust.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Master's degree in a Human Services-related field (social work, psychology, counseling, etc.) or licensed professionals preferred.
  • CADC, CADDC, or MCBAP Development Plan required; PNLH will assist in coordinating these requirements.

**Preferred Experience**

  • Two years' experience in substance abuse counseling is highly preferred.
  • Candidates with training in trauma-related services are preferred.
  • A strong understanding of co-occurring mental health disorders is essential, with ongoing training to develop competence in this area.
  • Experience with authorization processes for PIHPs is desirable.
