We are seeking an exceptional Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at a leading educational institution in White City, OR.

Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Role

This full-time position offers a rewarding opportunity for a dedicated and empathetic professional to make a meaningful impact on children's lives by enhancing their communication and language abilities in a supportive school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat various speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on individual student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to promote integrated support for students.
  • Regularly monitor and report on student progress, adjusting therapy strategies as necessary.
  • Provide guidance and training to school staff and families on how to support the students' speech and language development.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a closely related field.
  • Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Oregon.
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for educational success.
