About Our Practice

We are a close-knit team of five Attending Physicians, one Nurse Practitioner, and nine Resident Physicians. Our office is an ideal place for residents to hone their outpatient primary care skills, with all Providers seeing patients on a part-time basis over three years of training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Streamline patient flow by preparing patients for visits, providing specific services, and offering education as directed by providers, adhering to licensure and policy guidelines.
  • Perform administrative duties to maintain current and updated information, including electronic health records and equipment maintenance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, reporting equipment malfunctions to relevant personnel.
  • Provide excellent communication and care to patients and their families, ensuring a seamless coordination of services.
  • Collect and monitor patient data, documenting care according to standards and recommending improvements to operational efficiency and new services.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, engaging in process and quality improvement activities, and completing required training and education.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required
  • Successful completion of a competency-based orientation program Required
  • 1 year of experience in a physician practice or healthcare setting Preferred
  • AAMA Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), AMT Registered Medical Assistant (RMA), NHA Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA), NCCT Certified Medical Assistant (NCMA), NAHP Certified Medical Assistant (NRCMA) certification within 120 Days Required
  • AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification within 120 Days Required

Work Arrangements

We offer a Full-time position with a Day shift schedule, requiring 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually.
