Patient Services Representative

Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional patient service, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction
- Register patients, verify insurance information, and collect payments
- Work collaboratively with the care team to support patient care and meet financial, clinical, and service goals
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service or healthcare experience preferred
- Intermediate level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Teams
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Competitive hourly rate: $16.00 - $28.27 per hour (New York residents only)
