About the Position

We are seeking a skilled Guest Services Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Owners and guests, ensuring they have an unforgettable vacation experience. As a key member of our resort staff, you will work closely with our team to resolve any issues that may arise during a guest's stay, checking them into their villas, reviewing property amenities, and explaining room features.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $65,000, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Owners and guests.
  • Resolving any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
  • Checking guests into their villas, reviewing property amenities, and explaining room features.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in customer-facing roles is highly desirable, but not essential.
