As a key member of the Systems Engineering organization, this individual will be responsible for leading the development and integration of complex systems, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting stringent quality standards.

About the Job
  • This role requires exceptional technical expertise in systems development, integration, and testing, as well as experience with communication systems, networks, and architecture.
  • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of the design, manufacturing, and test process, as well as expertise in systems development, integration, and testing.
  • Familiarity with Agile hardware/software programs and experience in conducting trade studies is highly desirable.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $133,000 - $199,600 per year, based on the location and industry standards. The final salary will depend on factors such as experience, education, skills, and performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a STEM field and 8 years of related technical experience; Master's degree in a STEM field and 6 years of related technical experience, or PHD in a STEM field; 4 years of related technical experience.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access (PAR) within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience directly managing or leading engineering teams.
  • Experience in Root Cause Investigation & Corrective Action Development.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance, Configuration and Data Management.
