Restaurant Operations Manager

As a Restaurant Operations Manager at Bob Evans Restaurants, you will oversee the daily operations of our family-friendly dining establishments, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and motivate their team to achieve outstanding results. Strong planning and organizational skills are essential for this role, as you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
