About the Role

This exciting role offers a blend of collaborative treatment and training across a multidisciplinary team consisting of Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs), Speech Language Assistants (SLPAs), Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children.
  • Develop and implement effective educational programs for patients, parents, and caregivers.
  • Supervise and guide Speech Language Assistants in their duties.
  • Collaborate with other therapists and support staff to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist from the Arizona Department of Health Services.
  • ASHA certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist-CCC (Clinical Certification). Mandatory liability insurance is required.
