Job Opportunity: W3Global Inc. is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team.

About the Role: As a Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a caseload, filing complaints, responding to motions, engaging in settlement discussions, and participating in discovery requests and responses.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have 0-6 years of experience as a Litigation associate, be barred in NJ State and NJ Federal, and have NY state and EDNY preferred but not required. Healthcare/healthcare reimbursement experience is also a plus.

Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing a Caseload: You will be responsible for managing a large caseload of reimbursement disputes with commercial health insurance carriers.
  • Filing Complaints: You will be required to file complaints in state and federal court.
  • Responding to Motions: You will need to respond to motions in a timely and effective manner.
  • Engaging in Settlement Discussions: You will engage in settlement discussions with opposing counsel to resolve disputes.
  • Discovery Requests and Responses: You will participate in discovery requests and responses to gather information and evidence.

Work Environment: This is a full-time on-site position with a contingency work schedule equivalent to 1800 hours per year. You will work in a dynamic and growing law firm based in Fair Lawn, New Jersey.

Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $100-180k commensurate with experience, as well as benefits including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) matching up to 4% of salary, paid time off, paid sick time, parental leave, year-end bonus, origination bonus, and opportunities for advancement.
