Strategic HR Advisor

Lanesra Technical Recruitment Ltd is a leading Engineering Contractor operating throughout the UK, delivering projects within the water sector.

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to support the development and deployment of our people plan, working closely with stakeholders and line managers to build capabilities, manage talent, and achieve shared organizational objectives.

• Drive the people agenda in line with our business and HR strategy, including talent management and organizational development.
• Design and implement key initiatives relating to areas such as talent, performance management, diversity and inclusion, wellbeing.
• Take ownership of implementing the people plan in partnership with managers.

• Ability to build and maintain core business relationships with key stakeholders.
• Extensive senior Advisory/Partnering experience within a professional Human Resources function.
• High level of educational achievement.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £50,000 – £55,000 plus an excellent package.
