Job Summary
Medline is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive operating efficiency and cost reduction through process improvement activities, value stream mapping, and Lean tools and methods.

Key Responsibilities
Establish and implement the Continuous Improvement (CI) Roadmap to deliver productivity improvement and cost reduction. Lead and drive CI across the facility by fostering partnerships across departments to ensure adoption of more efficient processes and procedures. Develop and facilitate training programs in Lean Six Sigma principles, including 6S, TPM, and SMED. Coach and mentor team members in the application of best practice CI methods, tools, and methodologies for improved performance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Industrial). Minimum of 3 years of experience leading continuous improvement activities and initiatives. LSS Green Belt certification. Leadership, assertiveness, strong team player, and ability to influence others. Effective indirect management, including assisting leadership in the development, training, and coaching of team members. Experience with Microsoft Office, MS Visio, MS Project, and Minitab.
