Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a board-certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner with experience in delivering state-of-the-art neonatal care. The successful candidate will be part of a cohesive team of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners, working in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Level IIIB NICU
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and protocol development
  • Assist in education and training of new staff members
  • Support the values of MedConnect Staffing: care deeply, inspires joy, be curious, instill trust, pursue extraordinary, and embrace teamwork
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A board certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner
