Job Title: Cloud Games Infrastructure Engineering Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to lead a software development team that handles work critical to the Open Connect Gaming Appliance. This team coordinates with other groups to integrate new features in a timely and predictable way; handles the appliance software release process (including CI/CD, release automation, and testing); fixes bugs that are found in testing or production; and, interfaces with other groups to ensure their tools and pipelines support the game appliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-functioning team that produces high-quality software with rapid development cycles
  • Collaborate with partners across functional teams and have excellent communication skills
  • Empower individuals with knowledge and free them to self-manage their work to do what is best for Netflix
  • Manage and lead successful and highly productive teams
  • Efficiently build and deploy robust products/features
  • Cross-functional collaboration
  • High comfort with technical complexity and ambiguity, and an interest to pioneer

Compensation:

The range for this role is $190,000 - $920,000. You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
