Software Development Engineer, AWS, Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to join our AWS Cloud Infrastructure team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, building, and operating cloud infrastructure systems that enable AWS to rapidly grow and continue to be the pioneer and widely recognized leader in Cloud Computing.
You will work closely with our product managers and other software developers to help define the scope of our products and drive the requirement analysis, architecture, design, and implementation of distributed systems, applications, and frameworks.
As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for building high-quality, highly available, always-on cloud infrastructure services. You will work with empowered, world-class leaders and engineers to meet world-class challenges and have an infectious desire to continually improve how things are done.
We are looking for experienced Software Development Engineers who are excited about building industry-leading, next-generation cloud infrastructure systems on the AWS Cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Help to define the system architecture, own and implement specific components, and help shape the overall experience.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and other software developers to help define the scope of the product.
- Take responsibility for technical problem-solving, creatively meeting product goals, and developing best practices.
- Demonstrate cross-functional resource interaction to accomplish your goals.
- Write high-quality, efficient, testable code in and other object-oriented languages.
- Build highly available, secure, and event-driven systems.
- Collaborate with and learn from some of the best software developers in the industry.
- Find out what it takes to engineer secured systems for Amazon Web Services.
- Contribute to planning, architecture, implementation, testing, and process improvement.
- Share your knowledge of the most effective performance, scalability, architecture, and engineering patterns and methods.
