Case Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Case Manager to join our team at The GEO Group, Inc. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of participant cases, administering policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with program requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a participant caseload using principles of the What Works system
- Conduct risk/need assessments and create individual treatment plans
- Meet regularly with participants and document progress or regress
- Conduct orientation meetings with new participants and explain program rules and regulations
- Collect participant fees and notify the Program Manager of delinquent fees
- Monitor participant compliance with alcohol and/or drug counseling
- Report all program violations to the appropriate agency or official
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, or related Human Services discipline preferred
- One year clinical experience in a treatment or human services field preferred
- Group facilitation experience preferred
- Experience handling urinalysis and chain of command
- Familiarity with community corrections systems and current community corrections practices
- Familiarity with community workforce needs, public and private agencies, and employment services
- Able to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to work within a team setting
- Ability to write clear, concise reports in English using correct grammar
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and calculate percentages
- Must be able to react quickly and appropriately in an emergency situation
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to work with computers and the necessary software (Microsoft) typically used by the department
- Competitive hourly rate of $21.00
