Boutique Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Boutique Coordinator to join our team at Christian Louboutin. As a key member of our store operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our boutique.

• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their queries and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Front-of-House: Maintain a high level of visual standards, ensuring the boutique looks its best at all times. Communicate effectively with the sales and management team to ensure a consistently fresh and full display of new product deliveries.
• Back-of-House: Assist with the monitoring and ordering of office, shipping, and company supplies. Work with the stock team to ensure the aftercare experience is operating efficiently, and assist with the systematic processing and unpacking of new product deliveries.

• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 0-2 years of experience in luxury sales or a similar role.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer systems and programs, including Salesforce.
• Personal Qualities: Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
