Key Responsibilities:
  • Organize and deliver product demonstrations, training, and site visits for customers in the USCAN region.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers and sales teams on products, reagents, and cell therapy workflows.
  • Develop long-term customer relationships and high customer satisfaction while utilizing company resources to the optimum level.
  • Troubleshoot customer technical issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in their manufacturing processes.
  • Collect customer and market feedback from the field and channel it to internal teams and relevant departments.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Cell Biology, Engineering, or other Life Sciences discipline.
  • 2-5 years of experience within the cell therapy industry.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in a cell therapy process development lab/GMP facility.
  • 1 year of demonstrated knowledge and skill in customer service.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the territory or locations.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment up to 20lb.
