Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Superintendent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the supervision, leadership, and coordination of construction field personnel and job scheduling for various projects. This includes ensuring that all work is performed safely and efficiently, and that work progresses on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise working foreman, journeyman, and apprentice personnel
  • Schedule work in accordance with manpower and coordinate with other crafts
  • Coordinate activities of field personnel to successfully and efficiently complete multiple projects simultaneously
  • Assist in the recruitment, development, assignment, and evaluation of field personnel
  • Ensure field personnel have proper training and credentials to perform the work
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in the industry with increased responsibility
  • Medical clearance to wear a tight-fitting respirator as required by OSHA
  • Able to speak, write, and understand English
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Successful completion of the Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) 10- or 30-hour construction training
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Valid Driver's license, clean driving record, vehicle insurance, reliable and legal transportation
