Wound Reconstruction Account Manager

Job Summary
Integra LifeSciences is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Wound Reconstruction Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the hospital OR/Surgery and post-acute wound care setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed defined territory sales revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the surgical device or medical device industry
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal skills
- Excellent negotiation and selling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
