Medical Scribe-Quality Analyst Specialist

MET Healthcare Solutions, a leading healthcare management group, is seeking a highly skilled Medical Scribe-Quality Analyst (MSQA) to join its team in Houston, TX.
The MSQA will create detailed summaries of medical records and documents, ensuring accurate documentation and summarization. This role may also involve transcribing new files based on physician-completed forms and performing other duties as needed.
Available shifts are Monday-Friday, 8am to 5 pm, with occasional Saturday work when required. The position requires the candidate's presence in our Houston office at least two days per week, although a hybrid schedule may be considered after training.
Please note that applicants must include their typing speed (WPM) in their application, as this will be reviewed prior to the start date. Qualified candidates will need to complete a typing assessment before commencing employment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and extract data from medical records, including histories, records, and health-related information.
- Create clinical summaries based on available documentation.
- Enter data from electronic medical records into MET databases.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the company.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and professional skills.
- Meet or exceed productivity and accuracy requirements.
- Prior experience in medical record review, quality assurance, peer reviews, or case management is preferred.
We estimate the annual salary for this position to be around $45,000-$60,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
