About Our Liver Disease and Transplant Program

The Liver Disease and Transplant Program at Texas Transplant Institute is nationally recognized for its successful outcomes. Consistently ranked best in Texas for survival rates greater than 95% for one-year and three-year survival, our program has completed over 700+ liver transplants since its founding in 2001.

Our medical staff are expert transplant physicians who work closely with the surgical director of liver transplant to support growth of the renowned transplant program. We have transplanted more medically urgent patients than any other transplant program in Texas, making us a leader in this field.

Job Summary

We are recruiting a transplant hepatologist to join our employed, dynamic, and growing practice in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will have strong transplant hepatology experience, completion of transplant hepatology fellowship, and excellent communication skills.
