JAG Physical Therapy is a comprehensive outpatient, orthopedic physical therapy company with 100 facilities throughout Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York. We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our winning team.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Description:
We are looking for a forward-thinking Physical Therapist who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative and effective treatment plans. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for collecting and recording patient care data, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial evaluations, daily notes, reassessments, and progress reports.
- Develop and implement treatment plans based on evaluation results and best practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy, be licensed in the state practicing in, and have completed state-regulated CEU requirements. You should also have experience with EMR software and excellent oral and written communication skills.
