- Key Responsibilities
- Develop manuals, forms, and instructions to facilitate the operation of the Security Program.
- Conduct exhaustive checks in accordance with guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Analyze investigative files and related material to determine identifying or linking information.
- Provide on-the-job training, guidance, and advice to lower-grade specialists.
- Participate in the direction of sensitive and complex security assessment investigations.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Master's degree with eight (8) + years of experience in Federal, state, local, or military LE or 10+ years of experience working in the personnel security field; prior security management experience preferred.
- Current TOP SECRET clearance; must be SCI eligible and willing to pass a security CI polygraph exam.
Working Conditions
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods.
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach.
- Able to sit, stand, walk, run.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
