Sales Director

At Zips Car Wash, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales revenue, increasing member count, and ensuring excellent customer service.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and member count
• Conduct ongoing sales training with team members to ensure a strong sales pitch
• Coach and train team members on promotional events and effective communication with customers
• Identify and address trouble points in the sales pitch and make necessary adjustments
• Ensure each customer visit is a positive experience and encourage return visits
• Minimize wait times and promptly address customer complaints

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1+ year sales experience in retail or similar environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, weekends, and select holidays
• Physical mobility to include reaching, grabbing, stretching, squatting, and working in non-climate-controlled environments
