Military Law Enforcement Specialist

As a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army, you will be responsible for enforcing military laws and regulations, controlling traffic, preventing crime, and responding to emergencies on Army installations. This role requires strong law enforcement skills, the ability to make quick decisions, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct law enforcement patrols and investigations
• Interview witnesses, victims, and suspects
• Secure and process crime scenes
• Arrest and charge criminal suspects
Requirements:
• Must be a U.S. citizen or green card holder
• Must be between the ages of 17-34
• Must have a GED or high school diploma
• Must meet Army height and weight standards
Training and Development:
As a Military Police Officer, you will receive 20 weeks of One Station Unit Training and on-the-job instruction in police methods. You will learn basic warrior skills, military and civil laws, investigating and collecting evidence, traffic and crowd control, and arrest and restraint of suspects.
