About the Opportunity
We are seeking a part-time to full-time Family Medicine physician to join our collaborative and compassionate team of caregivers at PeaceHealth's Santa Clara Clinic.
As a Family Medicine physician, you will work with a group of clinicians to provide evidence-based care in a medical home model. Our clinic features on-site lab and X-ray services, and you will have the opportunity to work with a team of family medicine and internal medicine clinicians.
What We Offer
- System-wide Epic EMR
- Full malpractice coverage
- A strong primary care base and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Guaranteed first-year income: $271,000 (based on 1.0 FTE)
- Employment Bonus
- Relocation stipend based on miles between locations
- Education Loan Reimbursement program (if applicable and eligible)
- CME: up to $3,300 per calendar year for CME and/or professional dues/fees (based on 1.0 FTE; prorated for lower FTE)
- Comprehensive Benefit package including Medical /Dental / Vision / Disability / Life / Wellness / Retirement
Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. or foreign equivalent degree
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited U.S. Family Medicine Residency or RCPSC-accredited Canadian Family Medicine Residency
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon (or ability to obtain unrestricted license to practice medicine in Oregon prior to hire)
