Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our team at a leading CNC machining company in Grafton, Ohio.

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC machines, performing routine maintenance, and conducting spot inspections of parts.

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that offers a chance to build a long-term career with opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC machines with precision and accuracy
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal machine performance
  • Conduct spot inspections of parts to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Deburr and buff parts as needed
  • Perform other tasks as requested by management
Requirements
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Manual dexterity and ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively
  • Previous experience in a factory or warehouse environment
