Salary Information
This position offers an hourly rate of $43.85, with the potential to earn up to $71.53 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job Description
As a Clinical Nurse III in Medical Cardiology, your primary responsibilities will include:
• Assessing and evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements
• Administering medications and treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, including hospitalists, cardiologists, and other healthcare professionals
• Providing education to patients and families about disease management, treatment options, and self-care techniques
• Documenting patient information accurately and completely, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Participating in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development of best practices and policies that enhance patient care and safety

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• A current RN license in New York State, with at least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively collaborate with colleagues and patients
• Proficiency in electronic medical records systems and other healthcare technologies
