$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description
We're seeking an ambitious Business Development Representative to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. This role offers the right individual the opportunity to grow quickly within the company and be promoted through the sales team as we expand.
Responsibilities:
* Source new sales opportunities through online research and cold emails
* Follow up with inbound MQLs / leads to answer their questions and connect them with an Account Executive
* Use our sales engagement tools to connect with prospects and introduce them to Loxo's industry-leading tech platform
* Follow our existing playbook and scripts to crush quota goals and continuously improve upon the process
* Research customers, identify key players, and generate interest by introducing new customer partners to Loxo who we can help improve their organization
* Book demo opportunities for our AE closers
* Build and grow a pipeline of customer prospects and help us continue to smash sales records month over month
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High energy, ambitious, intensely driven, competitive, curious, constant learner
* Previous SaaS sales or equivalent experience (recent college grads with the right attitude and work ethic also considered)
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and writing
* A strong work ethic and passion to learn
* Confidence and high energy to work in a fast-paced environment
* Discipline and organization
* Self-motivation; you don't need to be motivated by anyone else
