Job Overview

Schneider is seeking experienced Van Truckload drivers for regional opportunities with home weekly pay. As a driver, you'll enjoy predictable power lanes with high volume freight and consistent dispatches.

Salary and Benefits

Average estimated salary: $45,600 - $54,800 per year based on 40 hours of work per week.

We offer competitive mileage pay, hourly pay while on duty, weekly performance pay, paid orientation, paid time off after 6 months, and holiday pay. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, and unlimited referral bonuses.

Requirements

To qualify, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL). If you need CDL training, we offer company-paid programs or can guide you through the process.
