Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct customer interactions and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Engage in sales initiatives, conduct training, and oversee sales management.
  • Assist the Regional Manager in achieving business goals.
  • Develop new clients and maintain healthy relations with existing clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitors to forecast market needs and bolster the company's growth.
  • Collaborate with teams and technical expertise teams to develop marketing and communication tools for new product introductions.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in communication and customer service.
  • Background in Sales and Marketing or a related field.
  • Holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • 2 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the construction and automobile field.
  • UAE experience is mandatory.
