**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiving Assistant to join our team at OptimaCare. As a key member of our care staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is met with dignity and respect.

**About the Role:**
This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced CNA to provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, including meal delivery, ambulation, and personal hygiene. You will also be responsible for observing and reporting any changes in residents' health, documenting food and fluid intake, and assisting with feeding and serving nutritional supplements.

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Assist with medication administration and vital sign monitoring
- Document resident food and fluid intake
- Assist with feeding and serving nutritional supplements
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents

**Requirements:**
- Current CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
