About the Role

We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist with a passion for delivering high-quality care in a home setting. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently and collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each client.
  • Implement evidence-based interventions to promote optimal physical function, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Collaborate with nursing and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
  • Educate and empower clients and their families to take an active role in their recovery and health management.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all client interactions and care activities.

Requirements:

  • A current NJ Physical Therapist license.
  • A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including medical, dental, and life insurance, mileage reimbursement, paid time off, weekly pay, and direct deposit.
