Job Summary

The Administrative Coordinator will provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities
  • Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for the team
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and handling mail
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of three years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
