We are seeking an experienced Sales Enablement Manager to join our team in Bryan, OH. This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your technical sales expertise and drive business growth by empowering our sales teams and channel partners.

About the Role:

This position plays a critical role in developing and implementing sales enablement strategies that drive awareness, education, and preference for our assigned products and services. As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will provide valuable insights and hands-on feedback to internal teams, sharing trends, competition, economics, and other factors to help identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy targeted promotional campaigns or programs aimed at improving performance in end-markets and/or channel partner behavior and attainment.
  • Partner with marketing and product management to develop regional content communicating ARO value proposition at target markets.
  • Provide hands-on feedback to internal teams, sharing insights on trends, competition, economics, and other factors to help identify and prioritize strategic opportunities.
  • Develop and execute against detailed launch plans, working closely with marketing, product management, and engineering to ensure sales effectiveness, adoption, and excitement for new products and solutions offerings.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, engineering technology, or business with equivalent experience in technical sales.
  • 5+ years of experience with Positive Displacement pump applications, technical pump sales, and working for a manufacturer or distributor. Equivalent B2B marketing and/or sales experience considered.
  • Advanced understanding of pumps, auxiliary components, construction, hydraulics, and application of our products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite of software/applications.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
