Job Overview
MacKay Sposito is seeking a highly skilled Survey Party Chief to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in operating survey instruments, collecting data, and performing computations in the field. This role will be responsible for assisting professional land surveyors on various types of survey projects, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Operate survey instruments, including total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
* Collect and analyze data, performing complex mathematical calculations as needed
* Assist professional land surveyors on various types of survey projects
* Lead crews and direct site work to achieve maximum efficiency and quality on every project

Requirements
* 4+ years of survey experience, including 1+ year as a Survey Party Chief
* Proficiency in operating total stations, GPS receivers, and data collectors
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Excellent communication and leadership abilities
