The Pharmacy Informatics Analyst will be responsible for planning and leading projects related to informatics applications within operational areas of the pharmacy. This individual will develop workflows, configure systems, document changes, and train staff on application functionality. The incumbent must employ excellent communication skills in sharing information with users within the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement informatics solutions to improve pharmacy operations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new systems and workflows
Provide training and support to staff on application functionality
Stay current with application updates and interface with information systems and external analysts
Requirements:
Post high school education in Information Technology, Business, or education related to applicable department at a minimum
3 years of Information Technology or analyst experience or 5 years subject matter experience in applicable field
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently
