Job Description

As a Recovery Support Navigator, you'll work closely with new and existing members, assisting them in setting and achieving their recovery goals. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
  • Providing individual coaching and support to help members navigate the recovery process.
  • Maintaining open office hours to offer in-person and virtual support.
  • Linking members with essential resources and services to support their recovery journey.
  • Participating in group therapy sessions and maintaining accurate documentation.
  • Engaging in community outreach activities and education to raise awareness about opioid use disorder and our organization's services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least two years of experience in case management, care navigation, or peer support.
  • Strong knowledge of motivational interviewing, substance use treatment, and community resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Must meet all state-specific pre-employment requirements and maintain professional standards.
