Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Asphalt Roller Operator to join our team at CRH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our asphalt rollers to ensure high-quality compaction of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate hand rollers and power rollers to compact asphalt surfaces
  • Move levers, depress pedals, and turn hand wheels to control and guide the machine
  • Drive the machine in successive overlapping passes to achieve uniform compaction

Requirements:

  • Experience operating heavy equipment and machinery
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
