Outpatient Speech Language Pathologist

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Kaiser Permanente, you will play a vital role in providing diagnosis and treatment of communication disorders. Under supervision, you will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. This is an ongoing position, requiring 1 hour of work per week, with a shift of 8 hours, days.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Evaluate and treat communication and swallowing disorders for both adult and pediatric populations.
• Administer diagnostic tests and implement individualized treatments.
• Advise physician and patient of disorders and develop treatment schedule.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Implement and maintain department policies and procedures.
Basic Qualifications:
• Completion of a Speech Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Internship required.
• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• Speech-Language Pathologist License (California) required.
• Basic Life Support required at hire.
• National Provider Identifier required.
• Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate required.
