Pilgrim's is looking for a skilled Sanitation Specialist to maintain a clean and safe working environment. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing production equipment, as well as maintaining accurate records of your work.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform daily cleaning and sanitizing tasks to meet company standards.
  2. Monitor and report any potential hazards or issues to management.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or cleaning/sanitizing environments.
  • The ability to lift 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
What We Offer

We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary of $55,000 per year, plus benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $62,000-$72,000, based on location and experience.
