Job Description

This is an advanced nursing role that requires the ability to provide professional nursing care through skillful assessment, diagnosis, and implementation in accordance with facility policies and protocols. Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing assessment data, developing individualized plans, implementing plans, coordinating care delivery, promoting health and safety, and evaluating progress toward attainment of goals and outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing and current RN licensure. You should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in patient and/or unit conditions, maintain physical and mental stamina to perform job duties, and possess current Basic Life Support certification.
