Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced Medical Care Unit environment
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administering medications and treatments as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- At least 1 year of experience in a Medical Care Unit or Telemetry setting
- ACLS certification
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
