Job Summary:The ICU Nurse - Med Surg will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients in the ICU. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients and develop individualized care plans
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course within 90 days of hire
- One (1) year Nursing experience
