About the Role:We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to lead clinical excellence in Indiana. As a Senior Physical Therapist and Regional Clinical Excellence Coordinator, you will provide specialized evaluations and evidence-based treatments, collaborating with clinical staff for mentorship and professional development while managing patient care.
The ideal candidate will have an accredited Physical Therapy degree and a passion for fostering clinical excellence and teamwork. You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care, meeting our standards of clinical excellence, and working collaboratively with regional leadership to develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff.
Responsibilities:- Provide specialized evaluation and evidence-based treatment based on patient-specific needs
- Deliver high-quality care and meet our standards of clinical excellence
- Collaborate with clinical staff for mentorship and professional development
- Develop individualized plans for professional development of clinical staff
- Travel within the Michigan market (as needed)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current or pending state licensure
- Tier 1 Certification based in Orthopedic care
- Passion for clinical excellence with the ability to effectively communicate with and teach clinical staff
- Competitive salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
